3, For orders within the United States, we will give priority to shipping from the U.S. warehouse (shipping time is 4-6 working days), if the U.S. warehouse out of stock, we will ship from the China warehouse (shipping time is 5-8 working days)
4, The above table and the estimated delivery time appearing on the web page is limited to the mainland of the local country, the delivery time and method of the islands outside the mainland cannot be estimated. If the delivery place is an island, please communicate with customer service in advance, the default delivery method is postal service, and the delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

9,Due to the impact of Brazil's customs tax policy, Brazilian recipients need to pay tax according to the Brazilian customs tax payment guidelines, otherwise customs clearance cannot be completed and the parcel will be destroyed by Brazilian customs. We are not responsible for refunding the parcel destroyed due to the recipient's failure to pay tax.

Shipping Centers and Processing
All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our distribution center in China and our warehouse in the United States, depending on stock availability.
Order processing time is 1-2 business days (From Monday to Friday). No special circumstances w we can ship within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed after 11am Beijing time will take +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 9am on Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.
Orders will not be processed for shipment on Chinese holidays(specific dates will be announced on the homepage)
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind immediately after ordering, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If an order has already been issued, please refer to our refund policy.
Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once the shipment is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. muvnacoffee@outlook.com
Parcel delivery and tracking
For international delivery we work with YunExpress, covering most developed countries. After the parcel is cleared in the local country, it will be delivered to the local courier carrier, who will be responsible for delivering the parcel to the home.
The courier may fail to deliver the package to the recipient's home, and the recipient will need to pick up the package in person at a nearby courier location. Since local carriers in some countries do not provide door-to-door delivery, it is also necessary for the recipient to pick up the package at the delivery point.
For countries where YunExpress cannot deliver, such as Argentina, Indonesia, Brunei and other countries with fewer routes, we will use to send the parcel through other means, such as postal service, FedEx, DHL, etc., and if the cost is too high, we will charge additional logistics fees
Generally, after we finish the parcel shipping, the system will automatically send the tracking link to the email address you left in our website, if you don't receive it, please look for it in the spam folder of the email or send an email to ask our after-sales team.
As we have warehouse in the United States, for the orders in the United States, we give priority to the United States out of the warehouse, may be delivered through the channels of Amazon logistics TBA, USPS, UPS, if there are other needs, please email us!
Value Added Taxes and Duties
Please note that some countries impose duties or VAT on shipments from China. You are responsible for any additional taxes imposed by your government on shipping packages. IKAPE will do its best to provide the best international shipping experience, but most of the process is out of our control and is controlled by your country's official postal system.
In the case of inbound customs clearance in the customer's home country, additional duties and VAT, if any, will be borne by the customer. In addition, in international deliveries, we usually take the initiative in handling customs clearance (including duty matters), but if complications arise, the customer is responsible for handling the situation and we will assist throughout until the problem is successfully resolved.
